I couldn’t shut the place down, I couldn’t leave them all out of there like Moses. But Jude, whatever she was, she didn’t belong there any more than we did. I couldn’t just leave her there. There was still life there. There was still someone buried deep inside. But I knew that life won’t last long if nobody got her out of there. And the only way I could leave Briarcliff behind once and for all was to find someway to forgive - someone to forgive.
